1. What is Amazing Bintan Trips?
Amazing Bintan Trips is a private car charter service with an experienced driver who also acts as your personal tour guide. You are free to customize your own itinerary based on your chosen destinations — no fixed packages, no limitations.
2. Do I have to choose from specific tour packages?
No, you don't. We do not sell fixed packages. You can explore our Places & Activities page, add your favorite spots to your itinerary, and then choose the appropriate car charter service. Your entire trip will be tailored to your preferences.
3. How much does a car charter cost? Is it per person or per car?
All prices displayed are for 1 standard car unit (MPV), including an experienced driver who also acts as your private tour guide. The price is per car, not per person. You can share the vehicle with friends or family in one car, without any additional per-person charges.
Example: A Full-Day Charter costs SGD $100. If shared by 6 passengers, it's only about SGD $16.7 per person for a full day private tour.
4. What is the passenger capacity per car?
Standard cars (Avanza, Xenia, Innova) are ideal for a maximum of 6 adult passengers.
We also provide larger vehicles for groups:
- Hiace (12–14 passengers)
- Elf / Travello (15–20 passengers)
- Bus (up to 30 passengers)

7. What is NOT included in the charter price?
The charter price does not cover additional activity costs such as:
- Admission fees to tourist attractions
- Equipment rental (snorkeling, kayaking, etc.)
- Food & beverages
- Accommodation
- Third-party operator fees (kelong, diving, etc.)
However, we will help you estimate the total trip cost based on your chosen itinerary. If needed, we can also provide a comprehensive invoice.
8. What are the payment methods?
We accept:
- Cash on the day of the trip (SGD or IDR)
- Online payment through our official payment gateway
Some third-party activities may require an upfront deposit, such as snorkeling, kelong bookings, or accommodation.
9. Can I be picked up at the ferry terminal or hotel?
Absolutely. We provide pick-up and drop-off services from all:
- Main ferry terminals (Sri Bintan Pura, Bandar Bentan Telani, Tanjung Uban)
- Hotels & resorts across Bintan
10. Can the itinerary be changed during the trip?
Yes. Your itinerary is flexible and can be adjusted during the trip, as long as it remains within the selected charter time and scope. We are always open to changes based on on-site conditions or spontaneous preferences during the tour.
