Terms & Conditions

Here are the Terms & Conditions of Service for Amazing Bintan Trips:

1.  General

• Amazing Bintan Trips is a private car charter service with an experienced driver who also acts as a tour guide.
• Customers can create their own itinerary based on the destinations available on our website.
• Our services are flexible and can be customized to meet each customer's needs.

2.  Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made via our website, inquiry form, or direct chat with our team.
• Upon receiving your request, we will contact you to confirm your travel plan and other details.
• A booking is considered confirmed after an agreement on the schedule, vehicle, and payment method has been reached.

3.  Pricing & Payment

• All displayed charter prices are for one vehicle unit (not per person), and include:
  • Experienced driver (English-speaking)
  • Fuel (BBM) and unlimited mileage
  • Pick-up & drop-off at hotels/ferry terminals
• Prices do not include additional costs such as:
  • Admission fees to tourist attractions
  • Equipment rental (e.g., snorkeling, kayaking)
  • Accommodation and meals
  • Third-party activities (e.g., kelong, diving)
• Payments can be made in cash (SGD or IDR) or through our official payment gateway.
• Some activities may require an upfront deposit, especially for those requiring reservations with third parties.

4.  Vehicle & Capacity

• Standard cars (Avanza, Xenia, Innova) can accommodate up to 6 adult passengers with light luggage.
• For larger groups, vehicles such as Hiace, Elf, Travello, and Buses are available at different prices (to be confirmed at the time of booking).
• Requests for specific vehicle models or special capacities are subject to availability.

5.  Itinerary & Time

• The itinerary is flexible and can be adjusted during the trip, as long as it remains within the allocated charter time.
• Charter options available:
  • Hourly (minimum 4 hours)
  • Half-day
  • Full-day
  • Custom Charter (for special events/groups)
• Overtime will be charged at SGD $10 per hour.

6.  Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations by the customer can be made at least 24 hours before the pick-up time without any cancellation fee.
• Last-minute cancellations (< 24>
• If the cancellation is made by Amazing Bintan Trips (e.g., due to force majeure), a full refund will be provided.

7.  Responsibility & Safety

• Amazing Bintan Trips is committed to providing safe, comfortable, and professional services.
• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during the trip.
• We are not responsible for lost items, delays due to traffic, or unpredictable weather conditions.

8.  Miscellaneous

• All communication, personal data, and travel details will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy.
• By using our services, customers are deemed to have agreed to all these terms and conditions.
